We want to live in one unit and rent the other. We’re looking for a brick two-flat in New City with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 1,750+ sq ft. Must-haves: a fenced yard, a deck, on-site parking, hardwood floors, a fireplace and a finished basement. Being close to the Orange Line at 35th/Archer matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
