I’m a local landlord adding to my portfolio. I’m looking for a brick two-flat in Bridgeport with at least 6 bedrooms total, 3+ baths and 3,950+ sq ft. Must-haves: a fenced yard, a deck, on-site parking, hardwood floors and a primary suite. Being close to the Pink Line and Orange Line matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
