We’ve outgrown our condo. We’re looking for a 3-bedroom brick bungalow in Washington Heights, ideally with at least 1 bath and 1,050+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, a fenced yard, on-site parking and an open floor plan. Being close to the Red Line at 79th and 87th matters to us. We’re pre-approved and can move quickly for the right place.
