We want to live in one unit and rent the other. We’re looking for a brick two-flat in Bucktown with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,250+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, hardwood floors, a primary suite and a finished basement. Being close to the Blue Line at Logan Square and California matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it. We love older homes with original character.
