I’m a nurse at a nearby hospital. I’m looking for a 2-bedroom brick bungalow in Washington Heights, ideally with at least 1 bath and 900+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, a fenced yard, hardwood floors and walk-in closets. Being close to the Rock Island Metra matters to us. We’d love to be walking distance to a park.
