We’re buying our first rental property. We’re looking for a brick two-flat in Austin with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,050+ sq ft. Must-haves: a fenced yard, walk-in closets and a finished basement. Being close to the Metra at Healy and Grand/Cicero matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
