My partner and I are ready to buy. We’re looking for a 1-bedroom boutique-building condo in Gold Coast, ideally with at least 1 bath and 650+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, a private balcony and walk-in closets. Being close to the Red Line at Clark/Division and the Brown Line at Sedgwick matters to us. Reasonable HOA dues and a well-run association are important. We love older homes with original character.
