We’re buying our first rental property. We’re looking for a three-flat in Palmer Square with at least 8 bedrooms total, 4+ baths and 2,300+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, on-site parking, hardwood floors, an open floor plan, a kitchen island and walk-in closets. Being close to the Blue Line at Logan Square and California matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it. We love older homes with original character.
