My partner and I are ready to buy. We’re looking for a 3-bedroom brick bungalow in Chicago Lawn, ideally with at least 1 bath and 1,000+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, a fenced yard and a deck. Being close to the Orange Line at Pulaski matters to us. We’d love to be walking distance to a park.
