I’m a first-time buyer. I’m looking for a 4-bedroom Victorian in Roseland, ideally with at least 2 baths and 1,450+ sq ft. Must-haves: a fenced yard, an open floor plan, a kitchen island and smart-home features. Being close to the Metra Electric and Red Line at 95th matters to us. We’re pre-approved and can move quickly for the right place.
