I’m a teacher. I’m looking for a 1-bedroom loft condo in River North, ideally with at least 1 bath and 700+ sq ft. Must-haves: hardwood floors, a kitchen island and smart-home features. Being close to the Brown Line at Merchandise Mart matters to us. Reasonable HOA dues and a well-run association are important.
