I’m an owner-occupant investor. I’m looking for a brick two-flat in Austin with at least 6 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,150+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, a fenced yard, hardwood floors and a primary suite. Being close to the Green Line at Central and Austin matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
