I’m a first-time buyer. I’m looking for a 3-bedroom high-rise condo in River North, ideally with at least 2 baths and 1,550+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, a pool, a kitchen island, walk-in closets and a primary suite. Being close to the Brown Line at Merchandise Mart matters to us. Reasonable HOA dues and a well-run association are important.
