My partner and I are ready to buy. We’re looking for a 3-bedroom loft condo in River West, ideally with at least 2 baths and 1,750+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, hardwood floors and a primary suite. Being close to the Blue Line at Chicago and Grand matters to us. Reasonable HOA dues and a well-run association are important.
