I’m an owner-occupant investor. I’m looking for a three-flat in Gladstone Park with at least 7 bedrooms total, 3+ baths and 2,550+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, hardwood floors, a primary suite and a finished basement. Being close to the Blue Line at Jefferson Park matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
