I’m relocating to Chicago for work. I’m looking for a 1-bedroom boutique-building condo in Lakeview East, ideally with at least 1 bath and 750+ sq ft. Must-haves: a private balcony and an open floor plan. Being close to the Brown Line at Southport and Belmont matters to us. In-unit laundry would be ideal.
