I work downtown. I’m looking for a 2-bedroom brick bungalow in Garfield Ridge, ideally with at least 1 bath and 550+ sq ft. Must-haves: a deck, hardwood floors and walk-in closets. Being close to Midway and the Orange Line matters to us. Happy to take on cosmetic updates, but no major structural work.
