I’m a teacher. I’m looking for a 2-bedroom boutique-building condo in Edgewater, ideally with at least 1 bath and 1,100+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, an open floor plan and a kitchen island. Being close to the Red Line at Thorndale and Bryn Mawr matters to us. In-unit laundry would be ideal. We love older homes with original character.
