I’m relocating to Chicago for work. I’m looking for a 2-bedroom high-rise condo in South Shore, ideally with at least 1 bath and 1,050+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, a private balcony, hardwood floors and a kitchen island. Being close to the Metra Electric and the lakefront matters to us. In-unit laundry would be ideal. We love older homes with original character.
