I’m relocating to Chicago for work. I’m looking for a 3-bedroom vintage courtyard condo in Andersonville, ideally with at least 2 baths and 1,750+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, a private balcony, hardwood floors, an open floor plan and a primary suite. Being close to the Red Line at Lawrence, Argyle and Berwyn matters to us. Reasonable HOA dues and a well-run association are important. We love older homes with original character.
