We’re a couple with a dog. We’re looking for a 3-bedroom boutique-building condo in Wrightwood Neighbors, ideally with at least 2 baths and 1,450+ sq ft. Must-haves: on-site parking, a private balcony, hardwood floors, an open floor plan and walk-in closets. Being close to the Brown, Purple and Red Lines at Fullerton matters to us. In-unit laundry would be ideal. We love older homes with original character.
