We want to live in one unit and rent the other. We’re looking for a brick two-flat in Auburn Gresham with at least 6 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,500+ sq ft. Must-haves: an open floor plan, a kitchen island and walk-in closets. Being close to the Red Line at 79th and 87th matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
