I’m a local landlord adding to my portfolio. I’m looking for a brick two-flat in Austin with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,450+ sq ft. Must-haves: a fenced yard, a kitchen island and walk-in closets. Being close to the Chicago Ave and North Ave buses matters to us.
