I’m a local landlord adding to my portfolio. I’m looking for a brick two-flat in West Englewood with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 1,750+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, on-site parking, hardwood floors, walk-in closets and a finished basement. Being close to the Green Line at Ashland/63rd matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
