I’m a local landlord adding to my portfolio. I’m looking for a brick two-flat in Woodlawn with at least 6 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,050+ sq ft. Must-haves: hardwood floors, a kitchen island, walk-in closets and a finished basement. Being close to the Green Line and Metra Electric matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it. We love older homes with original character.
