We’re buying our first rental property. We’re looking for a greystone two-flat in Logan Square with at least 4 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,150+ sq ft. Must-haves: a deck, hardwood floors and a finished basement. Being close to the Blue Line at Logan Square and California matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
