I’m an owner-occupant investor. I’m looking for a three-flat in Humboldt Park with at least 7 bedrooms total, 2+ baths and 2,100+ sq ft. Must-haves: hardwood floors, a primary suite and a fireplace. Being close to the Blue Line at Logan Square and California matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
