We want to live in one unit and rent the other. We’re looking for a three-flat in Tri-Taylor with at least 9 bedrooms total, 3+ baths and 3,850+ sq ft. Must-haves: a garage, a deck and hardwood floors. Being close to the Blue and Pink Lines matters to us. Open to a building that needs light cosmetic work if the rents support it.
