We provide tools and information to help home buyers connect with home sellers.  We offer directory services only and provide no assistance in real estate transactions.  We do not employ any real estate professionals or engage in any real estate business.  This site is purely for informational purposes for those seeking to purchase real estate and connect with potential home sellers.
   
   

3. Limitation to Service
   We do not employ any Real Estate Agents or Brokers and are not responsible for the conduct, both online or offline, of any Home Buyer, Seller, or other user of the Site or Services. The content of the Site is user-generated and Realistable has no control or takes no responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided on the Site.
   
   

4. Modifications to Terms
   Realistable may revise these Terms at our discretion. Changes become effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
   
   

4. User Eligibility & Accounts
   You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service Realistable. If registration is required, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
